Muller & Phipps Middle East
Content Marketing & Graphic Design
Establishing one visual communication system that could flex across different formats, audiences while remaining consistent.
A brand identity revamp and visual communication strategy for a distribution business in the UAE. We modernised the identity around its existing logo and built a consistent system across digital, sales materials and major industry exhibitions.
(Problem)
Muller & Phipps Middle East had an established reputation and portfolio of international brands, but its visual and communication system had evolved unevenly over time.
The logo remained relevant, yet the wider identity around it felt dated and fragmented. The colour palette, brand voice, social media presence, website and sales materials lacked a common direction, making it difficult to present the company with the same level of consistency across different markets and touchpoints.
For a distributor working between global brands, retailers and commercial partners, that consistency mattered. The company needed to communicate both its heritage and the scale of the business in a way that felt current.
(Solution)
Rather than replacing an identity that already had recognition, we rebuilt the brand around its strongest existing asset.
We refined the colour system, visual language, typography, brand voice and positioning, creating a more contemporary framework that could work across corporate and marketing communication.
The new direction was then translated into the company’s key channels: a redesigned website, a clearer social media identity and ongoing content direction.
We also extended the system into the commercial side of the business, developing presentations, brochures and other marketing collateral, as well as exhibition stand concepts for multiple trade shows (Gitex, Gisec, Ruya).
The goal throughout was to make every expression of Muller & Phipps feel like part of the same company, whether someone encountered the brand on LinkedIn, opened a sales presentation or walked past its stand at an industry exhibition.
