Fitche - Interior Design & Fitout Company
Marketing Retainer (Branding, Website, Social Media)
A refined identity system blending structure with expressive form.
Fitche is a Dubai-based interior design, renovation and maintenance company working across residential and commercial spaces. We rebuilt its brand across every major client touchpoint, from identity and website to social media, proposals and everyday business content.
(Problem)
Fitche had an established business and a broad service offering, but its brand had not evolved with the company.
The logo, website and visual identity had become dated. Social media lacked a clear direction, while proposals, presentations, invoices and other client-facing materials had developed independently over time, with little consistency between them.
For a company selling interior design, renovation and ongoing maintenance services, this mattered. Clients were often making decisions based on trust before a project even started, and the brand experience did not reflect the quality, scale or professionalism of the work behind it.
(Solution)
We carried out a full brand revamp, starting with the identity and communication strategy and then rebuilding the way Fitche appeared across its entire customer journey.
The visual system was refreshed and extended into a consistent design language for digital and offline communication. We redesigned the website, rebuilt the company’s social media presence and developed the content direction for its ongoing channels.
The same system was then applied to the materials used every day by the business: corporate presentations, commercial proposals, invoices and other client-facing documents.
Instead of treating each asset as a separate design task, we created one recognisable brand language that could work across sales, marketing and operations.
